Karen Widding

Over the past two decades, the central theme of my professional career has revolved around the propagation of culture. My primary forte lies in the realm of concept development, and I possess the requisite skills to bring a project to fruition through my capabilities as a producer and editor.

In essence, I am characterized by a pervasive sense of curiosity, and when undertaking project development, my focus centers on the intricate interplay between ethics, art, culture, and society. My approach is both creative and structured, combining journalistic and academic methodologies.

Idea and concept development

A substantial portion of my professional work is dedicated to cultivating innovative ideas. I offer advisory services and support in bringing creative concepts to life.

Screenwriting

I recently graduated as a scriptwriter and am now determined to pursue my ambition of becoming an episode writer. My passion for writing began early in life, fueled by a deep love for stories and an innate ability to bring characters and plots to life through words. Over the years, I have honed my craft and received recognition for creating compelling narratives. Encouraged to pursue scriptwriting as a career, my education has been a transformative journey, strengthening my skills and deepening my understanding of story structure and depth. Now, I am exploring new ideas, shaping characters that not only entertain but also inspire and resonate with the audience.

WORDS

I have crafted narratives, concepts, and scripts across a diverse range of platforms. My portfolio includes copywriting, articles for various news media outlets, creative pitches, magazine contributions, press releases, non-fiction book compositions, and serving as the chief editor and originator of the academic book with the world’s longest title, Graviditets-encyklopædien.
